Andrea Gash brings more than 20 years of experience as a facilitator, trainer, and consultant across nonprofit leadership, higher education, and public policy. With a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and a background in project management, fundraising strategy, and organizational development, Andrea is passionate about helping people and programs thrive. During her more than decade-long tenure at a liberal arts college, she led record-breaking giving campaigns, directed high-impact professional development initiatives, and worked closely with faculty, staff, and leaders across campus. In the nonprofit sector, she has designed and managed complex cross‑sector collaborations that drive equity and impact. Andrea is also a sought-after speaker and program designer. She’s delivered practical, actionable workshops and trainings throughout the Midwest, and has been featured on webinars and podcasts. She lives in Franklin, Indiana, with her husband and teenage son, and in her free time is working on her first book: a deeply personal reflection on loss and resilience drawing from her own experiences.
