Franklin, IN — DSC Consulting, a strategy and leadership consulting firm serving mission-driven organizations across the Midwest, is pleased to announce the addition of Andrea Gash as Senior Consultant, effective July 2025.
Gash brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, higher education advancement, and public service. A seasoned facilitator, trainer, and strategist, she is known for her engaging style, sharp insight, and ability to help organizations navigate growth and change with purpose.

Prior to joining DSC, Gash held leadership roles in advancement and strategic communications, designed high-impact workshops and campaigns, and consulted with nonprofit and higher education clients across the region. She is a sought-after speaker and program designer, particularly in areas of leadership development, fundraising strategy, and cross-sector collaboration.

Gash will work alongside Cummings to support DSC’s expanding portfolio of clients, bringing additional capacity in facilitation, fundraising strategy, and leadership coaching.
